What will you do as a Technical Administrative Employee?

Providing administrative support to technical processes, projects, and service activities, with the aim of achieving structured and efficient business operations.

Daily activities

  • Administrative processing of purchasing/sales/processing of technical components and projects.
  • Support planning and work preparation
  • Coordinating orders with customers and technicians.
  • Daily processing of service boxes and related administrative tasks.
  • Telephone support for customers and technicians for first-line technical questions.
  • Communication in Dutch and English;
  • Coordinating appointments between engineers and customers and monitoring progress.
  • Manage and maintain technical documentation and customer files.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct and complete technical administration.
  • Timely and accurate processing of customer and project information.
  • Progress monitoring of services and projects.
  • Handling telephone and written queries in a customer-oriented manner.

What do we expect from you as a Technical Administrative Employee?

  • You have at least a technical MBO education with the subjects mechanics and electronics.
  • You have good administrative & communication skills;
  • You have an affinity with a technical work environment;
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience with planning and preparing activities;
  • You are stress-resistant and flexible;
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy consulting with clients and colleagues;
  • You can work independently well;
  • You have a service-oriented attitude;
  • You have a good command of English. Knowledge of German is a plus.

  • You live in North Holland.
