What will you do as a Technical Administrative Employee?
Providing administrative support to technical processes, projects, and service activities, with the aim of achieving structured and efficient business operations.
Daily activities
- Administrative processing of purchasing/sales/processing of technical components and projects.
- Support planning and work preparation
- Coordinating orders with customers and technicians.
- Daily processing of service boxes and related administrative tasks.
- Telephone support for customers and technicians for first-line technical questions.
- Communication in Dutch and English;
- Coordinating appointments between engineers and customers and monitoring progress.
- Manage and maintain technical documentation and customer files.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct and complete technical administration.
- Timely and accurate processing of customer and project information.
- Progress monitoring of services and projects.
- Handling telephone and written queries in a customer-oriented manner.
What do we expect from you as a Technical Administrative Employee?
- You have at least a technical MBO education with the subjects mechanics and electronics.
- You have good administrative & communication skills;
- You have an affinity with a technical work environment;
- You have at least 3 years of work experience with planning and preparing activities;
- You are stress-resistant and flexible;
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy consulting with clients and colleagues;
- You can work independently well;
- You have a service-oriented attitude;
- You have a good command of English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
