Dormatec uses external software and services for collecting and storing data and sending mailings.
Retention period personal data
If you have requested a quote from us but you have not become a customer with us, we will delete your data no later than seven years after our last contact. Even if we have received a quotation from you, but we have not become a customer of yours, your personal data will be removed no later than seven years after our last contact. If you have become our client or we are with you, we will retain your personal data for a period of fifteen years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you has been fully executed. After this period we will delete your personal data.

Processors agree
Dormatec has concluded a processor agreement with both Google Analytics and Mailchimp.com.
Google Analytics
Dormac CNC Solutions has masked the last octet of the IP address at Google Analytics and 'data sharing' is disabled. Data collected by Google Analytics is automatically deleted after 26 months.
Clicky
Dormatec uses Clicky software. The data collected by clicky is only IP address and the country where the IP address is located. However, according to Article 6 of the GDPR, the use of this cookie does not require direct consent from the visitor as it is "necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests" of a website using the service (knowing how many unique visitors access a site) a vital statistic and thus a "legitimate interest").
