Hose filter

The automatically operating compressed air cleaned cartridge filter is a filter system for dry substances (fine dust) and is used to extract and filter the solid particles suspended in the air. The filter installation is suitable and can be used for the extraction and filtering of a wide range of pollutants. The air inlet is mounted in the dust hopper and the extracted material is directly discharged into the collection container.

By using a large dirty air inlet, which is integrated in the filter housing, a large part of the particulate matter is immediately separated by the so-called "DOWNFLOW" effect and discharged to the dust funnel without coming into contact with the filters. This reduces the chance of bridging between the filters and reduces filter wear to the filters.

Advantages compressed air cleaned hose filter:

- The cartridge filter is compiled and configured based on application and usage and the specific requirements of the customer.

- The Jet Pulse Cleaning System is controlled by a PLC with sensor that measures the pressure difference across the filter elements.

- Filtration of the filter elements occurs if the pressure difference due to the layer of fabric formed exceeds a set value, thus reducing the compressed air consumption and a longer life of the filter elements.

The dust filters are equipped with a dirty air inlet that comes out in a predefined room. The vertically mounted patterns then remove the particulate matter from the air stream. An integrated pressure gauge, after saturation of the patterns, activates a compressed air cleaning mechanism.

Hereby, the patterns or filter hoses are cleaned from the inside to the outside by compressed air, where the particulate material is collected in a separate container. During the cleaning process, the filtering process is not interrupted.
