Dormatec focuses specifically on optimizing the process management around machine tools. Dormatec uses, among other things, the high-pressure cooling systems, filters and oil separators of the Korean manufacturer Kemtech Profluid.
The Kemtech Profluid systems make it possible to direct the cooling water with high pressure exactly at the cutting zone, to remove chips and heat, to keep cooling water at a constant temperature and to keep the cooling water clean of metal particles and oil. This means that problems with ribbon chips, excessive tool wear, smelly cooling water and rust on workpieces can be greatly reduced or even completely prevented. In addition, fast and effective removal of the chips and their heat also has a positive effect on the quality and smoothness of the product surface.
