The Dormatec team is ready for you. With our own parts warehouse, a telephone service desk and a large network of our own technicians, we are always ready to answer questions and solve any problems.
Technical service
The aim is, of course, in the event of a malfunction to resolve it as quickly as possible and to provide the service you expect. Our technicians are all trained to provide the right support. Dormatec's mechanics all have a VCA certificate and work in accordance with the latest requirements in the field of safety, corona measures, health and the environment.
Maintenance General
An optimal machining process requires removal of contamination such as chips, oil and other dirt particles. Periodic maintenance of the systems is very important for the life of the parts in your lathe or milling machine. Parts wear and tear after repeated use. With periodic maintenance, these parts are cleaned, repaired or replaced in a timely manner. This prevents malfunctions and/or machine downtime.

Maintenance Aircleaner
In addition to its own service department, Dormatec also offers the option of cleaning your filters thoroughly and efficiently. An industrial washing installation (spray degreasing) ensures a deep and powerful cleaning of the wire-mesh element of your Dormatec Aircleaner. Naturally, a biological cleaning agent is used. This is heated to a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. You will have the filter element back completely clean within three working days. Inquire about the possibilities.
Maintenance other products
For the other products of Dormatec Environment Systems, such as briquetting presses, industrial liquid chip vacuums, belt filters, oil skimmers, cooling units or high-pressure pumps, we are happy to provide you with further advice on request.
A periodic maintenance contract is of course also one of the options.
